Everything is delivered online

Questico sells digital products and services only. Nothing is shipped to a physical address, and there are no shipping charges.

What you buy appears in your Questico console, under the account you signed in with.

When each product arrives

• Websites, mobile apps and business tools: live at their own address within 24 hours of payment. A mobile app's Android file (APK) is built within a few minutes once you ask for it.
• Logos: four options in under a minute.
• Visiting cards: a print-ready card in about a minute.
• Images: on screen as soon as they are drawn.
• Kids Playbook storybooks: drawn in a few minutes; the PDF can be downloaded for 7 days after purchase.
• Presentations, reports and resumes: downloadable from your console as soon as they are made.
• Business automation and cyber security: these start with a call from our team, and the timeline is agreed with you before you pay.

Payment links

We take payment through Razorpay. A payment link stays valid for 7 days. Your order is unlocked automatically as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within seconds.

If something has not arrived

Write to contact@questico.site with your payment ID and what you ordered. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, you get a full refund.
