Who we are

Questico.site is run by Questico AI Solutions LLP (LLPIN ADD-0544), registered office: Plot No 108A and 93A, Upper Ground Floor, Pratap Nagar, Hari Nagar (West Delhi), Hari Nagar Police Station, New Delhi, West Delhi – 110064, Delhi, India. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Questico AI Solutions LLP, and "you" means the person or business using the site.

By using questico.site, its subdomains or the Questico app, you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy, and our Refunds and Delivery pages.

What we provide

Questico builds websites, mobile apps and business tools from your brief or from our designs, and makes documents, images, logos, visiting cards and storybooks. We also offer business automation and cyber-security services, arranged with you directly.

Much of this work is done by AI models and checked by automated reviewers. AI can make mistakes. Read what we deliver before you publish or rely on it, especially facts, prices, contact details and any legal, medical or financial wording.

Your account

You sign in with Google or with a code sent to your email. Keep access to that account secure; anything done from it is treated as done by you.

You must be 18 or older to buy from Questico. A Kids Playbook storybook can be made only by a parent or legal guardian of the child.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown before you pay. Taxes are added where the law requires them.

Your first build in each category is free. After that, a build is paid for before it is made, and changes are free up to the limit shown and charged as shown after that.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

What you send us

You keep the rights to everything you send us: your text, photos, logos, product details and brief. You let us use them only to make and run what you ordered.

Send only material you have the right to use. Do not ask us to make anything unlawful, misleading, hateful, sexual involving minors, or that copies someone else's brand or work.

We check sites before they are published and may hold or remove content that breaks these rules or the law.

What you get

Once you have paid, you may use what we delivered for your business: publish the site, share the app, print the cards, use the logo and documents.

Our designs and templates start with sample text, photos and contact details. Replace them with your own before publishing; you are responsible for what your published site says.

Photos supplied with our designs are used under their own licences, which are credited where required.

Websites and apps we host

Sites and apps we build are hosted by us at their own questico.site address while your plan is active. If a care plan is stopped, or a payment is refunded, the site or app may be taken offline.

We aim to keep everything running all the time but cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may change or update the platform to keep it secure and working.

Refunds

You can get a refund within 7 days of purchase. The Refunds and cancellation page explains how.

Limits of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about something you bought is limited to what you paid us for it. We are not responsible for losses that come from content you supplied, from changes you made, or from how you use what we delivered.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Closing your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to contact@questico.site. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we can.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and changes apply from that date. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
