How to delete your account

Sign in below with the Google account, email or mobile number you use for Questico, type DELETE and press Delete my account. You can also reach this page from Your account in the console.

If you can't sign in, email contact@questico.site from the address on your account with "Delete my account" in the subject. We'll delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in, your profile and every saved session
• Your briefs, assessments and call requests
• Images, logos and visiting cards, storybooks and documents you made, with their files
• Files you uploaded with a brief
• Your place on other people's teams, and invitations sent to you

Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.

Your websites and apps

A site or app you own with a partner stays live and passes to them.

A site or app you own alone goes offline straight away and is deleted 30 days later. Until then, email us if you deleted your account by mistake and want it back.

What we keep, and why

Indian tax law requires us to keep a record of every payment. For each paid order we keep the amount, date, payment reference and, where you gave them for an invoice, the business name and GSTIN, for as long as the law requires. Your email, phone number and everything you wrote or made are removed from those records.
